You are our digital circuits professional. You will work on front-end ASIC design and development tasks for high-performance security products. You should have good knowledge of digital circuit design, RTL development using VHDL and Verilog, testing and verification of prototypes.

You must also be able to architect solutions, and design and develop RTL blocks independently. The successful candidate will also be required to carry out basic digital chip front end synthesis work.

• Design and develop digital ASIC front end design and development
• Architect digital solutions that can be implemented in RTL
• Design and develop synthesizable RTL blocks without supervision
• Test and verification of design prototypes
• Basic digital chip front end synthesis work
• FPGA design and development
• Other duties as assigned by immediate superior / management

• Degree holder (Electrical/Electronics/Computer) with minimum 2 years of working experience in related industry
• Possess keen interest and strong knowledge and experience in digital ASIC design
• Must have experience using VHDL and/or Verilog, and keen interest to pick up the language in which you are lacking experience in
• Must have experience building test-benches to perform chip-level simulations
• Must have experience using Synthesis tools. Synopsys front end tools are preferred
• Must be familiar with Design For Test (DFT) and automatic test pattern generation
• Must have experience with FPGA design and development, experience with XILINX or ALTERA preferred
• Be familiar with System Verilog and UVM for building test benches
• Able to perform troubleshooting, handle technical writing/reporting and provide solutions to both internal and external customers
• A team player with strong problem-solving skills to accomplish tasks
• Good written, verbal communication skills in English
• Self-starter, systematic, analytical and able to initiate changes and improvements

• For ASIC, familiarity with back-end tasks such as floor-planning, routing and physical verification will be useful
